Leisele est située près de la frontière française. La Sint-Martinuskerk est une église-halle de style gothique tardif datant d’environ 1500. L’église est un monument protégé depuis 1939. Le centre du village est un village protégé depuis 1996. Au centre se trouve le Stalijzermolen, un moulin à pieux en bois de 1804. Le Hof van Inghels est une ferme dont l’aile la plus ancienne date du deuxième quart du 16ème siècle et a été construite en construction à colombages.
