Leisele se encuentra junto a la frontera francesa. La iglesia de San Martín es una iglesia de pasillo de estilo gótico tardío de alrededor de 1500. La iglesia es un monumento protegido desde 1939. El centro del pueblo es un paisaje rural protegido desde 1996. En el centro se encuentra el molino de Stalijzermolen, un molino de poste de madera de 1804. La Granja de Inghels es una finca cuya ala más antigua data del segundo cuarto del siglo XVI y está construida con entramado de madera.
