Leisele ligt tegen de Franse grens. De Sint-Martinuskerk is een laatgotische hallenkerk van omstreeks 1500. De kerk is een beschermd monument sinds 1939. De dorpskern is een beschermd dorpsgezicht sinds 1996. In het centrum staat de Stalijzermolen, een houten staakmolen uit 1804. Het Hof van Inghels is een hoeve waarvan de oudste vleugel dateert uit het tweede kwart van de 16de eeuw en is in vakwerkbouw opgetrokken.
