Le canal Bossuit-Courtrai est long d’environ 15 kilomètres. Il relie l’Escaut à la Lys sur le territoire de Bossuit, Moen, Zwevegem, Harelbeke et Courtrai. Le canal, également connu sous le nom de « canal », a maintenant une valeur touristique et récréative plutôt qu’une fonction professionnelle. Il est toujours utilisé pour donner accès à la zone industrielle de Zwevegem, mais moins que par le passé.
