Werm est une section de Hoeselt et se trouve le long de la route Bilzen–Tongeren. Elle s'est développée d'un village agricole de Haspengouw vivant de la culture fruitière à un village résidentiel.
Église Saint-Domitien Une église néoclassique dont la nef date de 1770. Le clocher et les deux bâtiments flanquants ont été construits en 1870. Pendant longtemps, la Sainte Brigitte de Suède y a été vénérée. Elle était invoquée contre toutes les maladies et inconvénients liés aux « bovins à cornes ». L'église a été protégée comme monument en 2001, ainsi que l'enceinte du cimetière.
