Deux-Acren [døzakʀ] est un village du Hainaut sis en bordure de la Dendre, entre Lessines et Grammont. Formé en 1804 de la fusion des deux paroisses d'Acren il fait depuis 1977 administrativement partie de la commune et ville de Lessines, dans la province de Hainaut .
Juste après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Deux-Acren fut considérée comme la capitale de la camomille. Des nombreuses herboristeries qui y étaient installées il n’en reste plus qu’une : « La Dragonne ». C’était une commune à part entière avant la fusion des communes de 1977, qui tenait son origine de la fusion en 1804 des villages d'Acren-Saint-Géréon et d'Acren-Saint-Martin.
