Mietje Stroel est le nom d'une figurine située à la Grote Markt 1 à Zelzate.
La figurine représente une "petite fille qui urine" et est ainsi la contrepartie féminine de Manneken Pis ou, selon la version officielle : la fille qui faisait pipi là où cela lui convenait. L'histoire a également été inventée selon laquelle elle aurait été abandonnée à la décharge et élevée par un contrebandier. En l'honneur de Mietje, la Garde de Mietje Stroel a également été créée.
En 1976, la fête de fiançailles officielle entre Mietje Stroel et Manneken Pis a eu lieu à Bruxelles.
Un petit musée a été dédié à Mietje Stroel, abritant divers costumes, images, cadeaux et bien sûr aussi des pots pour enfants, en rapport avec la figurine.
