Mietje Stroel è il nome di una statua che si trova in Grote Markt 1 a Zelzate.
La statua rappresenta una "femminuccia che fa pipì" ed è quindi la controparte femminile di Manneken Pis o, secondo la versione ufficiale: la ragazza che si è bagnata dove le è piaciuto. A tale riguardo, è stata inventata la storia che fosse stata abbandonata nella discarica e cresciuta da un contrabbandiere. In onore di Mietje è stato costituito anche il Garde di Mietje Stroel.
Nel 1976 a Bruxelles si è tenuta la festa di fidanzamento ufficiale tra Mietje Stroel e Manneken Pis.
A Mietje Stroel è stato dedicato un piccolo museo, che contiene vari costumi, immagini, regali e naturalmente anche vasi da notte, che sono legati alla statua.
