Une maison située sur une vieille digue. Un terrain typique de digue, très peu profond et avec un dénivelé. Ce niveau a été pleinement utilisé pour garder toutes les chambres au rez-de-chaussée dans une atmosphère protégée. Les zones de vie, en revanche, sont dotées, à l'étage, d'une bande de verre à 360°. Les résidents peuvent contempler le joli paysage de polders tout en étant à l'abri des regards. À l'arrière, il y a aussi une terrasse couverte qui surplombe les cultures de polders. De cette manière, le résident a le plus grand jardin qu'il n'a pas à entretenir lui-même.
