Le Festival international du film fantastique de Bruxelles est un festival de cinéma créé en 1983 par Annie Bozzo, Gigi Étienne, Freddy Bozzo, Georges Delmote et Guy Delmote. Les films en compétition sont des films d’horreur, des thrillers et des films de science-fiction.
Le festival se déroule à Bruxelles tous les ans au mois d'avril. Jusqu'en 2006, il se déroulait en mars, mais en 2007 il a été obligé de se délocaliser, l'ancienne salle du Passage 44 devant subir une rénovation profonde.
