Le moulin à eau de Sint-Gertrudis-Pede dans la commune de Dilbeek est le seul moulin à eau en activité dans le Pajottenland, et est protégé en tant que monument depuis 1975Le moulin d’origine, construit en 1392 était l’un des cinq moulins du Land de Gaasbeek. Après avoir été détruit par un incendie en 1763, le moulin a été restauré. Des quartiers d’habitation ont également été ajoutés. Jusqu’en 1963, ils ont continué à usiner avec de l’énergie hydraulique, après quoi ils ont utilisé un moteur électrique. L’usine a été complètement fermée en 1970. En 1990, la restauration a commencé, de sorte qu’aujourd’hui, il peut encore être utilisé comme moulin.
