Le siège d'Ostende, qui a lieu du 4 juillet 1601 au 22 septembre 1604, est un épisode de la guerre de Quatre-Vingts Ans entre les Provinces-Unies et la maison des Habsbourg d'Espagne, possesseur des provinces des Pays-Bas méridionaux , notamment le comté de Flandre où se trouve le port d'Ostende.
