L'Observatoire militaire de Pervyse est une tour d'observation dans le centre du village belge de Pervyse en Flandre-Occidentale. Ce belvédère a été utilisé durant la Première et la Deuxième Guerre mondiales.La tour est située à l'ouest de la Kastanjeplein. Celle-ci est d'environ 14 mètres de haut et est construit à partir de blocs de béton armé d'un mètre de long. Au sommet se trouve un emplacement en briques pour une batterie de tir. Sur la Kastanjeplein se dresse comme un monument provincial pour les morts de la guerre 14-18.
