Le Plateau d'Eben-Emael est un plateau situé juste à l'est de l'Eben-Emael belge dans la commune de Bitsingen. À travers le plateau passe la route principale, la Rue du Garage, d'Eben-Emael à Ternaaien. La route présente de chaque côté du plateau quelques virages en épingle à cheveux caractéristique. Le Plateau d'Eben-Emael se trouve sur le côté sud du canal Albert, prolongeant la montagne de Saint-Pierre, à environ 10 kilomètres au sud de Maastricht, et fait partie du Plateau de Caestert.
