Le Paterberg est un mont des Ardennes flamandes situé sur la commune de Kluisbergen dans la province belge de Flandre-Orientale.
Ce mont a été pavé par un agriculteur local passionné par le Tour des Flandres. À partir de 1982, il a ainsi pavé un chemin au milieu d'un de ses champs. En 1986, il a reçu les organisateurs de la course pour faire reconnaitre cette nouvelle difficulté qui fut dès lors au programme de la classique.
