Galapagos est une entreprise de recherche pharmaceutique belgo-néerlandaise. L'entreprise principale est cotée en tant que société anonyme belge depuis le 19 août 1999, avec son siège social à Malines, et des établissements à Leiden et Romainville. L'entreprise est née d'une coentreprise entre le belge Tibotec, lui-même issu d'un spin-off de l'Institut Rega pour la recherche médicale, et le néerlandais Crucell dont le PDG Onno van de Stolpe a dirigé la nouvelle entreprise. Le groupe Galapagos comprend également l'entreprise de services Fidelta, basée en Croatie.
Galapagos développe des médicaments contre l'arthrite rhumatoïde, la maladie de Crohn, la colite ulcéreuse, le psoriasis, le lupus érythémateux systémique et la mucoviscidose.
