Ici, les 'Gaverhopkes', avec amour pour l’art du brassage, sont brassés de manière traditionnelle. Tous les ingrédients sont entièrement naturels et poussent dans notre propre région. Ce mélange unique de terroir de Flandre occidentale ne peut être dégusté qu’à 't Gaverhopke. Le week-end et pendant les mois d’été, également du mercredi au vendredi, vous pouvez déguster les bières dans la brasserie sur le site protégé Goed à Nieuwenhove ou déguster une simple bouchée. À partir de 20 personnes, vous pouvez également visiter la brasserie en dehors des heures d’ouverture et profiter d’une collation ou d’une boisson. La brasserie possède le label d’authenticité UNIZO pour les entrepreneurs artisanaux « Handmade in Belgium ».
