Établie en 1896 par le comte Alfons de Villegas de Clercamp comme chapelle de remerciement pour la naissance de son fils et située en face de l'allée sud du château de Bever. Chapelle en briques flanquée de deux cyprès sur un plan rectangulaire avec une fermeture à trois côtés sous un toit à pignon dépassant à l'avant (ardoises artificielles) avec planche de vent.
Pignon cimenté avec faux joints doté d'une porte en arc grillagée ; pierre de façade couronnante mentionnant "ST ANTOINE 1896". Intérieur enduit et peint en blanc avec un sol en carreaux de ciment et une statue de Saint-Antoine en plâtre sur une cheminée récupérée en tant qu'autel(?).
À l'intérieur, c'est actuellement (mars 2017) une vraie pagaille. La chapelle est malheureusement visiblement négligée.
