La Burdinale est une petite rivière qui prend sa source dans un hameau de Waret-l’Évêque à la frontière avec Burdinne. La rivière coule à 8 kilomètres de là, près de la ville d’Huccorgne, dans la rivière Mehaigne. Sur le premier kilomètre qui part de sa source, la Burdinale traverse un paysage de prairie humide et assez plat, mais à partir de Lamontzée, elle serpente dans une vallée boisée étonnamment profonde.
