Autrefois "Colonies scolaires catholiques", créées en 1908 par l'achat d'un hôtel particulier néoclassique, aménagé pour cette destination. Endommagé pendant la Première Guerre mondiale, puis restauré. Incendié en 1927, reconstruction dans sa forme actuelle ; extension progressive accompagnée de travaux de rénovation et de réaménagement. Depuis 1979, centre d'accueil pour enfants "Kinderland". Bâtiment central néo-traditionnel à façade large de sept travées et deux étages sous un toit à pignon (faîtage perpendiculaire à la rue, tuiles mécaniques). Façade en briques sur un socle en ardoise ; fenêtres rectangulaires sur appuis en ardoise, chaque travée sculptée en niches à arc brisé pleine hauteur avec imitation en pierre naturelle d'alignement ; décoration géométrique en briques au-dessus des fenêtres. Oriel central avec fronton partiellement en gradins. Portail d'entrée avec porte à arc plein. Frise avec l'inscription "Colonies scolaires catholiques" ; corniche en bois sur consoles. Aile scolaire ultérieure adjacente.
