Bien nommé "TER LOO", à l'origine avec une structure de cour haute et de cour basse. Domaine de château (ancien siège de la seigneurie de Loppem) qui a subi des transformations majeures au fil des ans. Aujourd'hui, manoir situé sur une hauteur dans un parc et accessible par une allée non goudronnée avec un ancien noviciat situé à l'arrière, datant de 1949. Inscrit par la commune de Zedelgem sur la liste du patrimoine de son territoire.
