Goed zogenaamd "TER LOO", oorspronkelijk met opperhof-neerhofstructuur. Kasteeldomein (voormalige zetel van de heerlijkheid Loppem) dat doorheen de jaren ingrijpende veranderingen heeft doorgemaakt. Tegenwoordig landhuis op een hoogte gelegen in een park en toegankelijk via een onverharde oprit met bijhorende en achterin gelegen voormalig noviciaat met kapel van 1949. Opgenomen door de gemeente Zedelgem op de lijst van het erfgoed op haar grondgebied.
