Au départ, il s’agit d’une vigne qui a été plantée par un viticulteur flémallois qui s’en est occupé pendant 20 ans.
Ensuite, celui-ci la mit en vente et là, Angelo Buccoleri a décidé de reprendre l’activité. Il a toujours été passionné par le domaine du vin mais n’avait pas encore de grandes connaissances.
Il a donc suivi de près les conseils de son prédécesseur et s’est renseigné sur internet et a rencontré d’autres professionnels du milieu.
