La cathédrale néo-gothique de Sint-Catharina à Ruisbroek a été reconstruite et agrandie en 1784. Auparavant, c'était l'église de Notre-Dame. Devant l'allée de l'église, vous pouvez admirer le monument 'Le Rédempteur' du sculpteur Pieter Van Neste. Le mémorial a été érigé en 1976 en remerciement à toutes les personnes qui ont contribué pendant l'inondation.
À côté de l'église, vous trouverez l'ancienne cure (1650-1651) avec un encadrement de porte rococo, qui est devenue vide en 1996 et est maintenant louée à des particuliers. Le bâtiment a été classé monument protégé en 1983.
