Loin de rivaliser avec le Koppenberg ou le Quaremont, le Poelberg reste un véritable obstacle à franchir. D’une hauteur d’à peine 22 mètres et long de 300 mètres, il affiche toutefois une côte supérieure à 7 % (pour atteindre un maximum de 10 %) et trois flancs à grimper... De quoi couper le souffle à plus d’un cycliste dilettante.
