Le domaine De Warande forme un parc de 16 ha avec un château qui fonctionne comme une mairie centrale. Le parc est une excellente zone de promenade avec de nombreux espaces ouverts et une riche gamme de plantes. Le site est bien accessible par différents chemins.
Une moitié de De Warande est une prairie, l’autre moitié une forêt. La partie forestière est située dans la partie la plus élevée du parc, la plus proche du Kemmelberg. Il se compose d’un mélange de divers arbres à feuilles caduques, qui y ont été plantés après la Première Guerre mondiale. Au début du printemps, l’anémone de la forêt blanche fleurit et plus tard la jacinthe. Vous pourrez découvrir une partie de De Warande via le sentier de randonnée Kemmelberg.
