La Clinique de l'Espérance est un ancien hôpital situé à Montegnée, dans la province de Liège. Il prend la forme d'un hôpital en 1909 grâce à l'ajout d'une salle d'hospitalisation de 12 lits à un dispensaire initialement créé en 1907 par trois sociétés de charbonnage de l'agglomération liégeoise ,. Le bâtiment actuel de la clinique date de 1954.
