Ce champ de houblon fait 35 ares et compte environ 800 plants de houblon de la variété Hallertau-Mittelfrüh. Palm a décidé de réaliser un champ de houblon dans le cadre de ses projets d'innovation, afin de contribuer à l'aspect touristique de la région du houblon et comme reconnaissance du houblon. Chaque année, le dernier dimanche d'août, la brasserie organise une récolte publique de houblon avec des fêtes (de houblon) associées.
