Gilbert Renson est un journaliste politique né à Andenne en 1926. Il a passé 11 ans au Congo belge en tant qu'administrateur territorial. Il a beaucoup travaillé sur la radio RTBF pour y promouvoir la Wallonie. Il a reçu le Coq de Cristal.
La 'promende des artistes' est une belle promenade qui longe le 'Ruisseau de la Picherotte' , une vallée aux eaux vives qui a inspiré plusieurs artistes. Depuis 2014, 7 ponts sur l'eau portent le nom d'artistes locaux.
