Il s'agit d'une ferme historique dans la Petegemstraat à Anzegem, dite "Goed ten Bulcke" comme l'indique l'inscription au-dessus du passage de la porte (mur de la cour), actuellement vide (à l'exception d'un pop-up bar en été) et dans un délabré état. Sous l'ancien régime, la ferme était un prêt du fief de Zottegem et s'étendait sur environ 17 hectares.
La ferme surplombe une vallée profonde en direction du nord.
