Ce wagon est le mémorial du Musée de la Shoah de la caserne Dossin.

Contient le texte suivant :

Entre août 1942 et juillet 1944 , 28 convois amènent 25 628 Juifs, Tziganes et Sinti de la caserne Dossin au centre d'extermination d'Auschwitz-Birkenau . Les 9 derniers transports ont été effectués avec un wagon de marchandises comme celui-ci.

Il y a aussi un mémorial devant la caserne : les six barres asymétriques de la ligne de chemin de fer d'origine symbolisent les 6 millions de victimes juives de tous âges.
