Située sur les hauteurs du village, cette belle chapelle est un petit édifice gothique construit en 1636 en grès et calcaire de carrière .
Il a probablement été construit à partir d'une structure plus ancienne, peut-être médiévale. Le toit en ardoises est couronné d'un beau clocheton surmonté d'une croix en fer forgé . A l'intérieur, sur le mur pignon ouest, subsiste la première pierre , datée de 1636 et ornée des armoiries des Massbourg-Mombeeck, alors seigneurs de la ville et propriétaires du château voisin.
La chapelle abrite un mobilier notable, principalement des XVIIe et XVIIIe siècles, ainsi que des statues attribuées au Maître de Waha, sculpteur méconnu principalement actif dans la région dans la première moitié du XVIe siècle.
La chapelle est sous la protection des monuments.
