Le Moulin de Latem ou Koutermolen à Sint-Martens-Latem dans la province de Flandre-Orientale est un moulin à poutres qui a été déplacé en 1977 d'un site où se trouvait déjà en 1373 un moulin à blé. Ce dernier appartenait aux biens de l'abbaye de Saint-Bavon. Pendant les conflits religieux dans la seconde moitié du seizième siècle, ce moulin a été détruit. Le moulin actuel a été construit en 1614. La dernière grande restauration date de 1977, au cours de laquelle le moulin a été déplacé de 88 mètres afin d'obtenir une meilleure prise au vent. En 2006, le moulin a été levé de son pied car la poutre en pierre était devenue trop faible et le moulin risquait de s'effondrer.
