Nessebar est une cité historique de la Bulgarie, de population grecque de l'Antiquité à 1923, juchée sur une presqu'île rocheuse s'avançant en mer Noire.Située au nord de Bourgas, Nessebar, habitée de nos jours par des Bulgares, côtoie la ville nouvelle de Slantchev Briag, une station balnéaire du littoral de la mer Noire, qui accueille des milliers de vacanciers.
