Le Boulevard est un centre commercial établi en 1953 sur l’île de Montréal à l’intersection de la rue Jean-Talon Est et du Boulevard Pie-IX. Le centre fut inauguré officiellement le 1 novembre, 1953. Le centre était un des premiers centre commercials au Québec.
Le Boulevard a été construit en forme d’un "L" et compte environ 70 magasins. La Baie et Metro sont de chaque côté du centre d'achat, avec un Canadian Tire placé au milieu. Géographiquement parlant, Le Boulevard est situé en majorité dans le quartier St-Michel et une partie est dans Saint-Léonard. Canadian Tire et Metro sont dans Saint-Léonard, tandis que La Baie est dans St-Michel.
