La Gendarmerie royale du Canada ou GRC (en anglais : Royal Canadian Mounted Police, abrégé en RCMP) est à la fois la police fédérale du Canada et la police provinciale de la plupart des provinces canadiennes. Les Canadiens français la désignent souvent par l'appellation générique de « police montée » et les Canadiens anglais par mounties ou red coats (« les manteaux rouges », en raison de leur uniforme rouge).
