Fondée en 1988, Les Brasseurs du Nord ont contribué à l'essor des micro-brasseries québécoises des années 1990. Ils continuent à croître en popularité, plus de vingt ans après leur création, de façon constante. On retrouve facilement les bières Boréales partout au Québec, dans les épiceries et les dépanneurs.
