L’Allmen est une montagne boisée de l’Oberland zurichois culminant à 1079 m d’altitude. Il est situé à environ 2,5 kilomètres au nord du Bachtel à vol d’oiseau dans la commune de Hinwil, dans le canton suisse de Zurich. Sur le flanc nord-ouest de l’Allmen, dans la région de Bäretswil, se trouve la grotte anabaptiste.
L’Allmen donne son nom à la chaîne de l’Allmann, qui mène à l’ouest de la Töss du Bachtel à Kyburg en passant par l’Auenberg, l’Allmen, le Stüssel, le Stoffel, le Tämbrig et le Chomberg, le Blauen, le Rhinsberg, l’Altenhau et forme la ligne de partage des eaux entre le Töss et le Glatt. Au début du Moyen Âge, la chaîne de collines aurait formé la frontière entre Zürichgau et Thurgovie dans le duché d’Alamannie.
