La Fédération internationale de baseball est la fédération gérant le baseball au niveau mondial reconnue par le Comité international olympique. Son siège se trouve à Lausanne en Suisse.
L'IBAF est présidée par Riccardo Fraccari, un Italien, depuis décembre 2009. Son mandat fait suite à celui du Dr. Harvey W. Schiller, qui assurait l'intérim 2007-2009 depuis le décès d'Aldo Notari, ancien président de la Confédération européenne de baseball et de la fédération italienne de baseball et softball, qui présida la plus haute instance du baseball pendant 14 années.
