Kleinwangen est une localité et une ancienne commune suisse du canton de Lucerne, située dans le district de Hochdorf.
Le village est situé sur un versant sud-ouest du Lindenberg. Le Spittlisbach traverse le village et se jette dans le lac Baldegg. À l’ouest se trouve le hameau de Ferren. Au centre du village se trouve le quartier de Dorf, à l’est le quartier d’Oberdorf. Deux autres rivières coulent au nord de Kleinwangen et Ferren dans une direction sud-ouest vers le lac Baldegg: le Höhebach et le Scheidbach. Une partie du cours de ce dernier forme la frontière municipale avec Gelfingen. Au nord-est de Kleinwangen-Oberdorf se trouvent le Buchwald et le Wanger Tannwald, d’où proviennent les Spittlis et les Höhebach.
