L'archidiocèse de Prague est un archidiocèse catholique romain en République tchèque. Le siège archiépiscopal se trouve à Prague.Le diocèse est fondé en 973 en tant que diocèse. Il est élevé en archidiocèse le 30 avril 1344. Mgr Jan Graubner, est l'actuel archevêque. Le statut actuel de l'archidiocèse date de 1349 et incorpore le Manipulus florum de Thomas d'Irlande.
