Düdinghausen est le quartier le plus au nord de Medebach dans le district de Hochsauerland en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. La commune compte 462 habitants.
Düdinghausen se situe dans la partie nord-est des montagnes Rothaar à environ 7,5 km au nord-nord-ouest du centre-ville de Medebach et à environ 1,5 km à l'est de Kalied, un prolongement des Kahlen Pön, à environ 472 m d'altitude. Situé dans le parc naturel Sauerland-Rothaargebirge, il est traversé par la Prisebecke, un affluent de la Wilde Aa.
