L'Autostadt est une attraction pour visiteurs à côté de l'usine Volkswagen, avec pour principal objectif les voitures. Le complexe comprend un musée, des pavillons thématiques pour les principales marques de voitures du groupe Volkswagen, un centre clients où les clients allemands peuvent récupérer de nouvelles voitures et suivre une visite guidée de l'énorme usine, un guide sur l'évolution des routes et un cinéma dans une grande sphère. Vous y trouverez également les plus grandes portes en verre du monde et la plus longue ligne imprimée. Cette ligne commence à l'extérieur de Wolfsburg et traverse l'Autostadt jusqu'à un point dans une ferme. La ligne mesure environ 6,4 kilomètres de long.
