Vlotho est un quartier de la ville éponyme de Vlotho, située sur la Weser, dans l'arrondissement de Herford en Westphalie orientale. Jusqu'au 31 décembre 1968, Vlotho était une ville autonome dans l'administration de Vlotho, comprenant les communes autonomes d'Exter et de Valdorf. Elle a été agrandie le 1er janvier 1973 grâce à l'incorporation de la commune d'Uffeln, située à droite de la Weser, dans l'ancienne administration de Hausberge. Le quartier de Vlotho, avec 6920 habitants, est le plus peuplé de la ville, où se trouve également le siège de l'administration de la ville.
