L'arrondissement de Höxter, en allemand Kreis Höxter, est une division administrative allemande, située dans le land de Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie.
L'arrondissement est situé au sud-est du Land de Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie entre la montagne du Eggegebirge et les rivières de la Weser et de la Diemel. Il a des limites avec les arrondissements de Haut-Sauerland, Paderborn, Lippe, Holzminden, Kassel et Waldeck-Frankenberg.
