L'École supérieure polytechnique de Rhénanie-Westphalie,, ou bien Université technique de Rhénanie-Westphalie est une université d'élite allemande, située à Aix-la-Chapelle, dans le Land de Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Elle a été fondée en 1870 sous le nom École polytechnique royale de Rhénanie-Westphalie à Aix-la-Chapelle. En 2019 avec 45 628 étudiants elle est la plus grande université technique en Allemagne.
