La gare de Bad Honnef est une halte sur la ligne droite du Rhin à Bad Honnef, une ville dans le district de Rhein-Sieg en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, en Allemagne.
Elle a été ouverte le 11 juillet 1870 lors de l'extension de la ligne de chemin de fer rive droite du Rhin de Neuwied à Oberkassel sous le nom de gare de Honnef. À la suite de la mise en service du poste d'aiguillage électronique sur la ligne droite du Rhin, la gare a été transformée en point d'arrêt avec une voie d'évitement en août 2014. Elle est gérée par la DB Station&Service AG dans la catégorie de prix 5.
