La maison Ringstraße 21 à Siegburg est un bâtiment résidentiel et commercial classé dans la Ringstraße.
Le bâtiment représentatif de style wilhelminien est conservé dans le style de l’historicisme. Dans la cage d’escalier, il y a encore des restes d’une peinture au pochoir dans le style des premiers Arts nouveaux. L’aile gauche a été construite en 1887, l’aile droite en 1898. Jusqu’en 1986, la maison a été utilisée par la famille Hackelbusch comme maison et atelier pour leur entreprise de vitrier et de peinture. Après la vente en 1986 à la société d’urbanisme, le bâtiment a été temporairement utilisé par l’association Hilfe zur Arbeit et le magasin de vêtements CDU.
