Le château de Burgsteinfurt, également appelé château de Steinfurt, est un château d'eau situé à la périphérie de la vieille ville de Burgsteinfurt, un quartier de la ville de Steinfurt dans la région du Münsterland. C'est la plus ancienne forteresse aquatique de Westphalie et elle se trouve sur une île presque circulaire entourée par la rivière Steinfurter Aa. De nos jours, composée de trois complexes de bâtiments, la haute cour, la basse cour et le moulin du château, l'ensemble a été à maintes reprises reconstruit et agrandi au cours de son histoire mouvementée.
