Il castello di Burgsteinfurt, noto anche come castello di Steinfurt, è un castello d'acqua ai margini della città vecchia di Burgsteinfurt, un quartiere della città di Steinfurt nel Münsterland. È il più antico complesso di castelli d'acqua della Westfalia e sorge su un'isola quasi circolare, circondata dalle acque del fiume Steinfurter Aa. Oggigiorno composto da tre complessi edilizi, la parte superiore del castello, la parte inferiore del castello e il mulino del castello, il complesso è stato ristrutturato e ampliato nel corso della sua tumultuosa storia.
